Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reschedulings made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or failure to arrive for your appointment will incur a $150 cancellation/no-show fee. These fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling any future appointments.

Both fees may be applied as a credit toward any future full price service or appointment.

No additional appointments will be accepted until any outstanding fee has been paid in full.

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file in order to book future appointments. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation/no-show policy is violated.

Any remaining banked credits will expire one year from the date of purchase. Chargebacks for dissatisfaction with services are not permitted; please consult directly with the providers at Skinovatio Lincoln Park regarding any concerns.
